All the employees were professional and nice. The paperwork is done online before the visit and was easy to complete. Doctor Hanneken took time to explain everything and answer questions. This office had me started in a room about five minutes after I arrived. I was done and out of there in about an hour. I highly recommend this place to all.
I was in and out in about one hour 15 minutes, which was pretty fast as far as I am concerned. I feel the entire team there was competent, professional and efficient. Dr Hanneken was easy to talk to, very knowledgable and professional.

Dr. Hannikan and her staff are extremely thorough in their examination, diagnosis and treatment of my eye conditions. I know exactly what to do when I leave and feel like I’ve been well cared for in the process.
I was a patient of Dr. Tournambe ... That said, the bar was set very high. Dr. Hanneken reviewed my eye health with me today and I was very happy that the standard of care was still very high. All staff functions were performed appropriately, with care, and the Doctor reviewed her findings professionally. My worst fears turned out to be without foundation (I'm perpetually expecting a downside). And the Doctor made an appropriate referral for continuing care.
Dr Hanneken is always straight forward with me. I appreciate it. If a decision is required I feel I have all the necessary information I need to make a comfortable decision. He ability as a surgeon is STRONG. I would never look anywhere else.She also involved herself in research and education.
Dr. Hanneken has been treating me for several years. She always has a great disposition despite an obviously demanding workload. A couple of years ago, she discovered a retinal detachment on a regular office visit on Dec 22nd. Her office was able to schedule surgery the next day. Their office was closed on Christmas Eve but she came in and opened the office just to perform a follow-up exam to ensure all was well. Feel so grateful that Dr. Hanneken is my Retinal Specialist. She makes sure you are seen when you need it not 3 months down the road. She is smart, knows her stuff and is really nice on top of all that!!
