Dr. Hanneken is a gifted healer. She is a scientist as well as an excellent physician. She is kind and patient and very understanding! In my opinion there is no one more capable than her in this field. The office is well-organized and very efficient. All of the latest technical equipment is available.
Dr. Hanneken squeezed me in for an emergency appointment on a Friday afternoon, rather than brushing me off to the ER. She could not have been kinder or more patient and explained everything clearly in a gentle and non-condescending manner. I'd happily return any time--although I hope I never have to!
I feel very blessed to have Dr Hanneken taking care of my eyes Always friendly, kind and caring. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Hanneken was my husband's eye doctor for many years. She treated him for various complications related to diabetes and helped him keep his sight until his death. I have the utmost confidence in her and appreciate her kindness as well as her determination to do what is best for her patients.

I was in the office two hours before I actually saw Dr. Hanneken. No need to fill out the initial paperwork online before you get there because you will have plenty of time to complete that once you arrive. Staff didn’t apologize for being behind schedule or overbooked. Tech took pictures of my eyes w/o much explanation, so I had to ask the purpose of each one. She seemed more concerned with expediting the process.
Excellent. Communicative. Just before lunch, it can be a l o n g wait!
