Anthony & Sylvan has been around forever and we were very happy with them. I was just a little upset that they didn't clean the pool when they closed it so there were leaves on the bottom but that might not be part of the guy's job. I like that I had more than one contact when I had a question and they got back to me right away. I appreciate that. They were patient and dealt with me because I was a little bit nervous and Jeremy, our project leader, listened to my concerns.
I did a lot of looking on the internet and found Anthony & Sylvan. I was happy with our pool being installed by them and after it was built, I used their opening and closing services. When they were installing the pool, they were always there on time so they were definitely punctual. If I wanted some changes, the sales rep was always willing to help out and also, they were a very good team.
Anthony & Sylvan built my pool and I've used their service since then. I've used them for the warranty repair on the pump, as well as for opening and closing my pool. They've been responsive and I liked that. Also, their people were very professional and polite.
I've been using Anthony & Sylvan for the opening, closing, and maintenance of my pool. I liked that they were there to work on my pool, but sometimes it took them a little while to respond because their work schedule got very busy. I last dealt with their team when I had a leak. They came and did some plumbing on my pool. They got the leak to stop and I was very happy with that.
Back in 1965, Sylvan Pools put this pool in the backyard. I had to have it refurb after my dad passed away because he didn't do anything with it. So, Anthony & Sylvan came out and refurb the whole pool. They reskinned the plaster and put new coating, new filter, and new tiles. And they did an excellent job. I've used Anthony & Sylvan services from installing the pool to opening and closing. They're responsive and I love the pool design that they came up with. Once we were able to get to the point where they were building the pool, it went really well and efficient. The pool looks beautiful. Those I've worked with as far as the project management of it as well as the service guys that have come out have been fantastic. Everything has been good except for a couple of issues that just need to get fixed.
I've been associated with Anthony & Sylvan Pools for the past 12 years or so. Every year, they come out and do the opening and closing of my pool. They're pretty experienced in what they do and give good service which is what I'm pretty impressed with. I've asked their reps about how much chlorine should I be adding from time to time or if I had to backwash it and put DE into the filter, and they were pretty efficient in answering that. I've been very satisfied with the service that Anthony & Sylvan provides every year.
I ran into a gentleman at a pool store and we just got talking. He talked about a remodel he did with his pool with Anthony & Sylvan. So, I gave them a shot and decided to have them remodel my pool. I also had them for a pool opening. I deal with Hart most of the time and he is very friendly and polite. I like that the people from Anthony & Sylvan have been generally responsive too. Anthony & Sylvan built our pool and they also do the opening and closing services. I like that their team is very good about communicating what needs to be done and what's still remaining. Their scheduling is very efficient and timely too. However, they don't always tell us all the information that we need to know to manage the pool. We didn't know about the saline and automation and an iPad or an arc point pad is used to start the saline up and buttons were pushed on the control by the pool.
