We chose Anthony & Sylvan Pools for our pool service because of a referral from a colleague and I liked the ease of using them. We use their services for opening and closing every year. We also use their service if we have any issues with our pool. We've dealt with the service people of Anthony & Sylvan from the building of our pool to using them for service.

Anthony & Sylvan built our pool. We also use them for opening and closing and occasional repair. Their employees Kevin and Carrie are always helpful. When you call Carrie, she gets back to you right away. Kevin is very responsive too, if you need help with something. I'm a happy customer overall. They give good customer service and that is the most important to me.

Anthony & Sylvan installed my pool. We've also had their opening and closing services and then, we started doing cleaning as well. We had a struggle during the installation of the pool. It was a bit longer than necessary and we've had so many challenges. But, they are trying to meet those challenges.

Anthony & Sylvan is exactly the same company that built my pool and the company that services it and have the warranty with in case of a problem. They're on top of their scheduling and it's a good and solid company. They reach out to me every year to ask when I wanna schedule my closing. They come out on time and are very professional. I was quite happy with our experience with Anthony & Sylvan. When we bought the house with the pool, I was not very familiar with the procedure of maintaining the pool, so I decided to buy the workshop that Anthony & Sylvan is providing which was done and we were happy about the quality of the instructions that we got. I also used them for the winterization and opening of the pool, as well as for some repair that was needed in its equipment. Anthony & Sylvan built our pool 10 years ago. We were not pleased with the construction manager and the whole construction process but we used them for their opening and closing services initially because those were part of our contract. Then the local technicians have been very pleasant and informative so we stayed with them for the opening and closing. I also like the people that I talk to on the phone. We've been using Anthony & Sylvan for 10 years and I would recommend them to others for their maintenance services.

I've been a customer with Anthony & Sylvan for 15 years. We would call and email to contact them and that has been a great experience. They open, close and provide weekly treatment and cleaning services. They inform me before they come and they are really responsible, committed and on time. When I have an issue, they come and respond right away so they are really good. It's excellent service and I highly recommend them. The pool is great and I'm enjoying it.

We've been using Anthony & Sylvan's pool service for three years now. Their employees are all courteous, nice, and they know what they're doing. One of their employees, Frank, is great. He's the one that always comes to open and close our pool. We also had some warning issues with their team but they've been taken care of.

I use Anthony & Sylvan mostly for openings and closings but also occasionally when there has been an issue and something needed to be repaired. They're always knowledgeable. They show up on time, do what they're supposed to do then go away. They do a good job.
