A year before we decided to have a pool built, one of Anthony & Sylvan's agents came back to us and gave a very good presentation. When we bought our house, the people who lived here had a contract with Anthony and Sylvan so we just kept that same contract. We used them for the opening and closing of the pool. I really like working with them. Since they had designed and built the pool, they have a good knowledge of it. Anthony & Sylvan is reliable, effective, and thorough, and I use all their pool services. I needed them to close my pool over a certain timeframe because of the illness I was having. They came and took care of it quickly and promptly. They were very thorough about getting everything in so it's clean when they leave the place. The staff that comes are very professional and good.
We researched on a bunch of pool companies on the internet and checked out which of them are around. We got quotes from a few of them before deciding to go with Anthony & Sylvan. They're the ones who installed our pool and have opened and closed for us. The people in the Maryland office were very nice and they got back right away. They helped me whenever I have questions. We were new to owning a pool, so we had a lot of questions in the beginning in trying to figure stuff out.
Anthony & Sylvan installed our pool and we used them for opening and closing too. They're responsive over email when scheduling. Their professional crew has shown up on time, done good work and were very easy to work with. I also like the idea that since the pool is still under warranty, I don't have to worry about accountability with a different company.
When we bought the house, the service from Anthony & Sylvan came along with it and once we moved in, we called them up to do our pool. We've used them for opening and closing and every time that we set a schedule, they're always on time and professional. The foreman always discusses with me what's he's going to do and at the end of the call, he walks me through what they did and what I need to do. They also always remind me to schedule my pool opening and closing for next year.
My pool was built by Anthony & Sylvan and I have also used them for opening, closing, and general maintenance. They have the best knowledge of the actual system and I would recommend them.
We'd call Anthony & Sylvan to do our seasonal openings and closings, and if any equipment needed servicing. Working with them is very easy. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and they gave us a good price. When they came to close our pool, they gave some extra advice on some of the maintenance that my husband's been doing. They were very good about it and they made some suggestions that would save some trouble and eventually save us some money. They've always been on time and have always been courteous.
Anthony & Sylvan built my pool, and they've been servicing it ever since. They've done the opening and closing for me. I had another company come one time to open my pool and they just botched it up, so I ended up having to give the work back to Anthony & Sylvan, and they fixed everything.
