Anthony & Sylvan built our pool in 2006 and we use their services for opening and closing. They're easy to schedule and sign to, with phone conversations to set up the appointment. The experience overall has been good.

I've used Anthony & Sylvan's quality pools and I'm on my third pool now. They provide as good as service that you get in the industry. I mostly use them for opening and closing. Occasionally, there's an issue with the pool, like I've had a motor and a couple of ground replaced. I've had good success with the constructional people and they've been very competent in what they know and what they do well. I had a pool built by Anthony & Sylvan. I signed up for the whole package and I was satisfied with the job they did, with the pool and the design. So, I continued the service. I used them for sinkhole opening and closing and equipment maintenance. They made sure that, as far as the closing and opening process, all the details were handled. We went online to find some pool companies and saw that Anthony & Sylvan was well-known. They had a long reputation for decades in terms of pool production and service. They did the sinkhole opening and closing and we also had three service calls. Their team is very professional. All in all, we were happy with it. The first person we dealt with wasn't so great. The process took longer than we were told. We were told the pool would be done around mid-May, but we couldnt really use it until July. I think we got a good price for the pool, but things could've been explained a bit better. I had used Anthony & Sylvan for pool opening, closing services and maintenance in between. When I call, they put me on the schedule quickly and they show up when they said they're going to show up. The people that came out and serviced the pool were very professional. They made sure everything was done before they left and they cleaned up after themselves. They've also replaced the parts that were under warranty without any problem. They have done everything that's expected.

I've just signed up with Anthony & Sylvan for the four winter arrives where they would come over. I take care of my pool but not in the winter. My interactions with them had always been positive. They're very hard workers and they know what they're doing. They have a sense of humor too. They're patient and they're very knowledgeable.

I wanted a well-known builder and in this area, there are two biggies for pool service. I got estimates from both and they were pretty close in price so I picked Anthony & Sylvan Pools. They do the opening and closing of the pool and they are the only one that understands the equipment and filter. Their team is very good. Anthony & Sylvan built our pool so we've also always used them to maintain the pool and make sure that everything is in good shape. They've made scheduling easy and the process smooth. The team has always been pleasant and professional, and they've always done a good job.
