They provided a water test and chemicals. It was outstanding, they always provide top notch service.
They drained and cleaned the pool. My initial expectation what that my pool was going to look like new immediately after the service, but it didn't meet my expectiations. However, after the water was in the pool for awhile it started to clear up, and now it does look like new. I just wasn't given the proper expectations on the process from the beginning, so I was unhappy at first, but now I am satisfied a month later.
They tested the water in my pool for me. It went just fine. They were very smooth, fast, and efficient.
Water testing. It went very well. I had our grandkids with us and the customer service person explained how the testing works and even let them do the testing.
Pool Installation. The services were great. They were very helpful and informative. They are very knowledgeable.
They installed an in-ground pool. They also installed a whirlpool spa with an overflow waterfall and decking with pavers. Overall we are very happy with not only the quality, but the timeline they did it in. Really good communication. Not everything was perfect, but when things did go wrong, they were there to fix things the way we wanted them. Doug Parkinson did an excellent job. He went above and beyond, great communication, highly recommended.
Built a pool from the ground up It was a pretty good experience. Had everything in order. Began with diagrams the discussed size and accessories. Then our project manager worked with us from constitution thru education of maintenance in Pool School. He was great, we were able to get in touch with him anytime. I love my pool.
Completed a pool and decking design and installation It went very well. Did a good job.
In ground pool installation Everything went excellent starting from them coming out and giving me options for the pools all the way to the pool being finished. Overall it was a fantastic experience.
