I love the pool Anthony & Sylvan Pools built. They opened and closed it over the summer.
I was looking for a long-term kind of customer support and Anthony & Sylvan Pools have been in the business for 70 plus years. They built my pool and they also did the closing. They communicate really well via email and phone and let me know a day before when the appointment is. Anthony & Sylvan Pools are on time, does a good job and are professionals.
Anthony & Sylvan installed my in-ground pool this year and they offered me a customized pool cover. With that came the pool closing and I got a discounted price. The process went smoothly. Their team was coordinated in their activities and communications to satisfy the customer. The interactions with anyone from the company has been positive and pleasant. I have also liked their responsiveness. I had a few issues with the construction, but when identified they responded very quickly and resolved them to my satisfaction.
Anthony & Sylvan built my pool and I've used everything that their services can provide such as the weekly service and equipment maintenance. Their team always answers any questions and explains why they're doing something. They even take care of the problem.
We moved here last year and didn't have a major route for the beach so it's really difficult to get out on the weekends. The girls wanted a pool so we had one built by Anthony & Sylvan. I had a friend who got me in touch with their head of sales. We had a basic free-form with a spa. It was built on time and it was seamless on all the phases of the construction and the project manager was excellent too. We're looking forward to enjoying the pool and we're kind of sad that we had to close it up yesterday.
I filled out something online and Anthony & Sylvan responded. We chose Anthony & Sylvan over any other pool company because of the fact that they've been around for so long and they seemed to be a reputable company. Also, the salesperson who came out and spoke with us seemed pretty sincere. We got a free-form pool and we like its waterfall feature. We had a really good communication with the project manager. I have purchased supplies from Anthony Sylvan poolbstoes since 1987. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide information and advice helping me to maintain my pool and keep the water chemically balanced. I would never use any other distributor. All the employees are exceptional. I always have wonderful results.
They installed our pool. All in all, we were happy with it. The first person we dealt with wasn't so great. The process took longer than we were told. We were told the pool would be done around mid-May, but we couldnt really use it until July. I think we got a good price for the pool, but things could've been explained a bit better.
