The company is great, but their subcontractors were not very good.
Could be a 5 star rating if we did not have issues with OZONE unit and FAILED city final inspection twice and as of today, still have not passed the inspection. Having unexpected issues are common in any construction work. A perfect rating depends on how you finish the job and in this case, we are not at the finish line.

I am very pleased with the work. My pool was a little complicated due to adding waterfalls which made it complex. Not only was I very pleased with the work, but the coordination with the third party landscaper as well. The whole project was completed in 4 months versus a whole year like others.
Everything was great! However, my concrete deck started cracking on day 1 and nothing has been done about it after numerous communications with them.

We initially loved our experience with Anthony Sylvan. The design and sales process were great. The buiding process was timely and seamless and we loved our project manager, Alex. But to be honest, from the day our pool build was complete, customer service has declined significantly. We've had difficulty getting a few minor repairs (left over from the building process) complete, our winter cover was lost and communication during the process of finding it was terrible.
