Everything with the pool was great. Our construction manager was outstanding. Very hands on. However I would not recommend Anthony sylvan fencing. It was suggested that we go with you for the fencing as well and it was the only dark cloud it what would otherwise be clear skies. They were terrible at responding to us. It took days sometimes weeks to get a response. And when our fence didn’t pass the final inspection it took months before someone came come back and fix it. From pool size we demeaned to problems with damage caused by excavation to pool start up. Trouble every step of the way. You may call me for a more indicative evaluation 702-273-6954
My pool was dug about 10 inches too low, requiring an additional step off the back of the house. It was also placed 1 foot closer to the house than the design plans called for. These errors caused us to lose two feet of space off the steps, which really impacts our layout, as you feel like you are walking right into the pool. Time between agreement and actual start could be improved. Also, time between subs could be tighter.
The project management failed short and their communication with us was abysmal. Our project manager left the project part way through the project and he wasn't replaced. They failed to appropriately communicate at almost every stage of the project.
Service after pool was built. Specifically the time it took to install our cover and the lack of feedback.
