Originally I would have recommended them but we have had issues with our equipment several times since the installation completion.
The work is not finished. My system is not functioning properly, and they have been unresponsive in correcting those issues.

I would not recommend. A&S has a referral offer that they did not honor after my purchase. A friend of mine used them for a pool and he recommended A&S to me. He was supposed to receive a gift card for the referral but never did even after I communicated this to my salesman several times. Also my construction from start to finish was not managed. I literally had to communicate to whole project step by step day to day to my assigned scheduler, salesman & project manager. I communicated alls these issues but nothing changed. A... read more

I'm still trying to get my pool repaired. It's been leaking, and it hasn't been working properly.
Right now, I'm having problems with my spa heater. They came out ones but they did not correct the problem and I'm waiting for them to put me on the schedule to come out again to take care of it.
I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow-up with their team. There were lots of issues, delays, and no feedback from upper management when requested.
