Awful communication and workmanship needs work especially warranty department
I've already answered two questionaires regarding this renovation project. I think a third is excessive. I choose not to complete another survey for A&S.
requested meeting for a quote on a new pool and never received a follow-up from a sales person.
NO- The service after the pool was built is horrible. Once payment received, I have been ignored of the leaking pool they built.
Not going to recommend because of salesman and warranty
I'm beside myself at the level of customer service, or lack thereof, that Anthony and Sylvan has provided. Very little was communicated throughout the entire process. We were given no upgrade options for the waterfall tile (or waterfall itself)- which is hideous and only about 12” wide. Start to finish took 8 MONTHS. During construction they hit our downspout drainage pipes, and their contractor left trash and cigarette butts all over my yard. Plaster issues , no help from warranty denial department, 3 years warranty and I been complaining since 6 weeks after completion to no avail , get a company that actually answers the phone when you call , once the got your money , you’re screwed!
They were awful from the beginning to the end. They left me high and dry multiple times. Dom, the district manager, has informed 11–12 emails from us. The final straw was that they promised us a pool cleaning, and they lied about that. It has been an awful experience.
1.Plaster wall is rough and not smooth: Smooth surface is like skin on our body and Should Protects the Wall from Acid & Chlorine. Wall might get damaged by Chlorine and Acid Chemicals. My previous pool was 30 yrs old but was Smooth until the last day.
