As the project neared completion, communication significantly decreased. It became more difficult to get responses from our Project Manager and sales team..

Customer service is terrible
The pool build was fine. I love my pool. However when you’re done with the pool…follow through on completion and service is horrible and disappointing.
An absolute headache from start to finish. The decking sank and had to be repaired three times by the contractor recommended by A&S. We should have trusted our instincts and hired a reputable professional from the start. After all the frustration, we’ve finally given up and are now spending more money to have the work redone.
I thought hiring Anthony Sylvan the work would be done by Anthony Sylvan instead we had what I believe were several different subcontractors do all the demolition and refinishing. When I asked about upgrading the exisiting 40year old pool light I was quoted $2400, which was ridiculously high!
Started off good but can’t get completed. Lights falling out of niche, did not replace jets, wrong light power supply.
Greg the PM was great, but service from everyone else has been lacking. The service department is apparently understaffed and have been waiting for months to be converted to salt with no response. Also I have damaged concrete that has yet to be fixed. Once they received all the money no one cares!
If the friend was only requiring a pool, probably we would recommend them. Our A&S salesperson sold us on a complete backyard (fence, patio and additional garage). We were told by A&S that they were lucky to have such a good construction company working for them. We had 3 pools done by Anthony over the years and this was our 4th by A&S.
