I have been waiting for a new heater that was delivered damaged. And no idea when it will come. I have no cover to my pool. And I’ve been waiting for an electrician to fix the blower. The pool itself is beautiful. The service has been horrific. The schedulers are terrible. I cannot in good conscience tell anyone to use this pool company.

I am not sure if the acid wash damaged the plaster. I have been sending emails and pictures to John Moat since the work was done in November 2021. Please call and I can explain
This company is super unprofessional. They want to get paid upfront and go months without finishing the work. We are still waiting for them to be completely done. If you can look at another company, do it
I would rate Anthony & Sylvan Pools less than a one-star. Communication is horrible, and punctuality stinks.
