We had a good start, but then things got very rough at the end. One year later, there are still things pending that have not been done, which makes me very frustrated.
There is a lack of communication from the project manager and their associated subcontractors.

At this point I would not refer you to a friend for a couple of reasons. 1. My friend, who referred me to you, still has not received his referral bonus after several emails to you. 2. I have a warranty issue with my pool that has not been resolved, the last communication from your project manager was 8/31/22. I'm happy with the pool, other than the open warranty issue but your follow up and communication with customers is terrible.

Having a lot of issues after the fact, rusting on plaster, missing valve, now heater is making a loud noise
I have been waiting for a new heater that was delivered damaged. And no idea when it will come. I have no cover to my pool. And I’ve been waiting for an electrician to fix the blower. The pool itself is beautiful. The service has been horrific. The schedulers are terrible. I cannot in good conscience tell anyone to use this pool company.
