Anthony & Sylvan Pools were good at getting different crews out there. Tiffany Dickson was helpful in telling me what was going on. She communicated with me during the entire process and always got back to me promptly when I left a message. She also took care of things if there was a problem.
The reason why I gave that rating is because, first of all, they were the only company that came in with the design. They made a design for us. He created a design, put it on the laptop for us, and showed us what the backyard would look like. Nobody did that except them. It was our first time having a pool. They were there every day. If a friend was building a pool I would certainly recommend A&S because we were thoroughly satisfied with their execution of the process and the final product.
Anthony & Sylvan's team was amazing. I almost signed with a different pool company and then they I received an ad from them so I called. I am so glad I did. They came right over, reviewed my previous setup and made some changes that made so much more sense. They were a little more money but, they were able to get the job complete is record time. They started immediately and didn't stop until it was done. I am so happy I went with them. Our pool is amazing.
