Anthony & Sylvan Pools were good at getting different crews out there. Tiffany Dickson was helpful in telling me what was going on. She communicated with me during the entire process and always got back to me promptly when I left a message. She also took care of things if there was a problem.
The reason why I gave that rating is because, first of all, they were the only company that came in with the design. They made a design for us. He created a design, put it on the laptop for us, and showed us what the backyard would look like. Nobody did that except them. It was our first time having a pool. They were there every day. I had never seen customer service like that before. They do subcontracting, but the ones they have are the same people they use from job to job. They were really good.
