Everything was okay with Anthony & Sylvan Pools, I do feel like the response time and productiveness was not supreme.
Really good team, really professional, and really good to work with.
Was overall satisfied with the experience. Original guesstimate of a time frame we were given was 6 to 12 weeks. The 12 weeks was accurate but the 6 weeks is grossly over optimistic.
You rarely hear about a good pool building experience, but Anthony and Sylvan built us a beautiful pool, on time and with no issues.
Good overall
Our designer Luke Sawick and project manager Kevin Tomascik were wonderful to work with. Communication from and with them was excellent. Unfortunately they aren't able to control everything that others in the company do.
