Once got moving, was pretty good. Lots of lack of communication in the beginning

Our experience with Anthony & Sylvan was great from start to finish. Bob our consultant and designer did a great job bringing our vision to life and provided great customer service and communication. Tom our project manager did an awesome job communicating, following up, and giving us updates step by step. There is a reason they have been best of Las Vegas and which is one of the reasons we chose them. Thank you for building an amazing pool for my family quicker than the estimated time line!

Anthony & Sylvan Pools were outstanding, and the customer service was great. The project manager, Tim Mincey, was attentive and always available. Also, Paige Ellison, the sales representative, was fantastic as well. He worked with us over the course of several months to make sure we got the pool we wanted.
