For the most part, everything was great. We just had some hiccups with the customer service.

My wife and I are very pleased with the process and the result. We are extremely happy we chose A&S to install our beautiful pool. I visited with 8 pool contractors prior to our decision and are pleased with our decision to go with A&S.
Excellent customer service and communications. Great design. Responsive to periodic issues as they arose.
The excavators, masonry and pebble tech were excellent and provide quality work. The tile and mastic people have had to come back out three times. The attention to detail and quality of work is subpar.
I didn't need to be at home. Everyone was professional and took good care of our home and all the warranty issues. If anything was bad, they came and fixed it. I was very impressed and will recommend to friends.
I felt the communication was poor. They would not come when they said they would come. When they did come, sometimes the crew would just be leaning on the fence. I am happy with the end product.

Anthony & Sylvan did a great job for us putting in our pool. They did what they said they'd do in a timely manner. The people were very nice to work with and responsive to our needs. We are really happy with the results.
