The excavators, masonry and pebble tech were excellent and provide quality work. The tile and mastic people have had to come back out three times. The attention to detail and quality of work is subpar.

I didn't need to be at home. Everyone was professional and took good care of our home and all the warranty issues. If anything was bad, they came and fixed it. I was very impressed and will recommend to friends.

I felt the communication was poor. They would not come when they said they would come. When they did come, sometimes the crew would just be leaning on the fence. I am happy with the end product.

Was overall satisfied with the experience. Original guesstimate of a time frame we were given was 6 to 12 weeks. The 12 weeks was accurate but the 6 weeks is grossly over optimistic.
