New pool from ground up. They kept in constant communication with. It was a great experience. There was never any question. Any time i called and left a message they get back to me that same day. You can't change the weather, but they kept in communication if there was a delay and on top of when they'd be back to work. We actually had a bad part on our pool about a year later, they came right out and fixed it no question asked.
They designed and built our inground pool We had a project manager throughout the construction, and then a full instruction on how to use it. They delivered on everything they said they were going to. The project was actually completed ahead of schedule! I had a point of contact, but there are multiple people that I was able to reach if I have any needs. It was a fabulous experience, and I'm not easily impressed! Price was competitive and the quality is excellent! I have recommended them to neighbors.
Pool renovation. Pebble tec and coping. It went well. We're very happy with it. The sales rep got out to our house promptly, he was very responsive. He gave me the quotes quickly. They all handled it wonderfully.
Pool Installation It was a very good service. They came out, explained everything, kept us appraised along the way, stayed on schedule and they did what they said they would do. They really made the whole process very easy and had good follow up after the service. The project manager, Ray Kennedy, was very attentive, courteous, respectful, and was able to answer all my questions.
They installed a preform pool and hot tub. It was great. On a scale of 1-10 They were a 10. We had no issues. Both Brian the sales person and Patty the scheduler did a great job.
Installed a new pool. It went wonderful, I could not be happier. The design of the pool is great. The salesman wasn't pushy at all. The project manager was here everyday and happily answered all of our questions. The project coordinator was wonderful as well.
Installed new pool. I thought it was outstanding I thing they did an amazing job. From the design to the install, there wasn't any surprises. I would encourage anyone to use them, they knew exactly what they were going. I really thought they were great and i was really impressed.
He came out on a Sunday. On the side of the house we have containers for trash and recycling. He built a sidewalk for those containers. It was a fair price. He was very good, neat, clean. He came in, did his job and left. When he left, the area was nicely done. He had a family issue and couldn't come to the first appointment but came on the Sunday.
Pool Installation. They were very professional, always followed up with reports and photographs as to the progress of the pool installation. Their follow up after the service has also been excellent and they were there to answer any questions.
