We were looking for a place for grandma for rehabilitation and was given this place. I read all the comments here so we decided to tour the place to verify some stuff. We spoke to other patients and family members there and they had nothing but great things to say about this place. We realized that people will leave not so good things when things dont go their way. We ended up chosing this place and made the right choice!

I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel there aren't enough to do justice on here. Both my Grandma and Grandpa stayed here. They both had a different nurse and therapist for rehab after their car crash. Not only were the therapist amazing, but so were the nurses and the entire staff. It wasn't home, but everyone did their best to make them feel as comfortable as possible. The facility is older, but it is kept clean and has a lot to offer. My grandma has been to Apache Junction Health Center twice now, and both times the care she received has been wonderful. The rehab team really helped her regain her strength, and we saw noticeable improvement both times she stayed. The staff is attentive, kind, and always willing to help. It gave our family peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. They have a big courtyard, it's such a peaceful place for visits and fresh air. Overall, we're grateful for the care and support she's received here!

I work here. The staff is AMAZING and LOVE their patients/residents. Staff truly cares about each other and it makes you want to go to work the next day.They are like a extended family to me. I'm posting this because they have been there for me and I appreciate them. Good hearts take care of people here.

The facility is old but clean and without the smell that is so common. Communication among staff members is poor leading to errors and delays. Overall, care was adequate--food was sub-par and often cold. In all fairness, I have little to compare it to.

I really recommend this facility! Their staff members and services they provide are amazing. Especially when I talked to admission staff member, Pow, he explained their services and care that this facility gives. I had a lot of questions before going looking for the right space to bring my parents into it, and having a lot of doubt in some places, however they promised and comforted that they will be in a great care! So far, I have no problem or any issues with this place and loving their services!

This is a 5 star facility. We unfortunately had to do a lot of research when my father fell and hit his head... after asking everyone we knew in the business, this facility just kept floating to the top of the list for physical rehab. We were referred to Jolene Nelson who was extremely compassionate, professional and informative. She answered all of our questions including the difficult insurance ones with certainty and clear options. She also followed up while my father was still in the hospital. My dear wife has just completed a 2 month stay. She went in on a guerney for rehab to regain her strength, and walked out on her own power. During her stay, she had several problems to address - the most acute of all her throwing up everything she ate or drank. While, she had outpatient appointments at a Urologist, and Oncologist.
