Early September we placed an order for new windows with Dylan at Apex after agreeing to hear the pitch with Johnny their sales lead person who was also awesome to work. We have been looking for some time at our windows and decided that after 27 years the wood “contractor grade” windows had reached their end of life. As luck would have it a sales person from Apex knocked on the door and after a very nice interchange with him, we took the next steps and worked out a plan to replace all of our windows and 2 doors. We recently had new windows installed by Apex Energy Solutions, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! Before choosing Apex, I received quotes from three different companies. Not only was Apex's pricing about 10% lower than the others, but the quality of their windows was far superior. Apex's windows are triple-pane compared to the double-pane options offered by the other companies, and their CEER rating is noticeably better as well. So far we are impressed with the attention to details that our salesmen Ben and the critical measuring done by Michael have shown. We have a variety of windows being replaced and our project is still a few weeks away. Our neighbors across the street had their windows replaced by Apex and they were very satisfied with the job. At this point we feel confident about the upcoming window replacements.
