They sat down with us and told us what to expect with the removal of the windows, the installation of the new windows and the timeframe of the job. Everything went exactly as planned. From start to finish they have been amazing. They were transparent, and more importantly they delivered. I really like their business model, and I highly recommend them.
I did lot of research before deciding to go with Apex for my windows, including purchasing the windows and installing myself. Apex is certainly not the least expensive option but by far (in my opinion) the most cost effective - from the quality of the windows to the professionalism of the staff. What a great experience with APEX! I love my new windows and plan to have new windows installed in the rest of my house this year. No more drafts, no more painting! The price was right!!
The installers were extremely curious and polite. The job went much faster than we thought it would and the result is amazing. We will definitely recommend Apex in the future and use them to complete the remainder of our window replacements.

Apex was great - they told us what they would do and they did what they said. The crew came when expected and went to work right away and they were a pleasure to have in our home. The windows look beautiful and fit our traditional house.
