We live in Dunwoody and 19 years ago bought a Pulty home. For the past few hears, we have had lots of issues with our windows. From day 1 I was impressed. The guy I contacted answered all my questions and scheduled an appt that was convenient for me. He showed up on time, and had a presentation but it wasn't a high pressure presentation like other window companies have. He told me the price, which was less than the high pressure company's "sale" price and said to let him know. After I got 3 quotes, I called and scheduled a different guy to come measure. Apex did our windows last month and it was so painless and quick and made a WORLD of difference on the look and feel, and most importantly, on keeping a normalized temperature in our house! I would highly recommend both the company and their product. Can't believe we put the project off for so long!
Today we had our in-house demo with Ryan Sims 931-349-4007. Ryan was just as impressive as the product Apex Energy Solutions offers. He was knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions. Same day we received the call to schedule our measuring appointment by the master installers. If the rest of our experience is like the first touch point we will be so happy. Stay tuned.
Terrific installation crew in terms of speed, efficiency, knowledge in answering all questions about the project and product. They installed 28 windows in less than 2 hours. With 1 hour for lunch, the rest of the job and cleanup took about another four and a half hours. They showed us all the particulars regarding operating the windows. After cleanup, no trace that they were there. Only one minor cosmetic issue on one window will be corrected next month when it’s replaced.
