RecommendedApex replaced all the windows in my house in 2015 and I couldn't be happier. They are so insulating, sturdy, easy to use and clean. They did all the work in one day except one window that was broken, but they made sure that window was covered and installed the new one as soon as it was made. RecommendedBought from Apex Windows in 2013 to have front windows done and I am now having them come back to complete the back of the house. The first installation went flawlessly and they finished in a morning. They were even able to quickly replace a screen that was damaged in shipping within a week. Matt Benvegna was our original sales rep and was able to come back and help us with this installation. Matt is great to work with and makes the process very easy. I highly recommend Apex to anyone.
RecommendedI initially rated Apex with 1 star. I am now amending my review. In the end, I feel like the product is a quality product. I am pleased with the windows. Josh Bush has been incredible to work with on the back end of our transaction. He has worked hard to help us get the windows in our home to a place where we like them and feel good about our purchase. If I were purchasing windows from Apex again, I would ask for Josh to walk me through the process.
The installation for us in 2019 was great. This year, 2025, we’ve had warranty claims submitted since January that have not been filled. Their response to the Better Business Bureau was to place the blame on me. Terrible. BE WARE!
** DO NOT USE APEX ENERGY SOLUTIONS ** We have had the WORST experience with Apex Energy Solutions and DO NOT RECOMMEND using them. We placed an order on 6/3/24 for 22 windows (half our home) and they were installed on 9/6/24. However, 6 were installed with crooked gridlines and 1 HUGE picture window for our master bath was installed clear when it should have been obscured glass. I would NOT recommend APEX to anyone considering renewing their windows. We had met with three companies and selected them overall based on review quality, research, and their dedicated team. We ordered windows in late January (12 total), they finally arrived in May which was longer than originally positioned. Upon installation several windows had residue on them from manufacturing. I was told to buy goo gone or use a magic eraser on my multi-thousand dollar purchase. To make matters worse they uninstalled the wrong window... read more
You knocked on our door and rang the doorbell after reading the sign that said not to, woke up my premature newborn baby and called it “bulls****”. Is that how your want your company represented?
I would like to publicly file a complaint and address this situation. It’s embarrassing that a 36yr old man is harassing a 22yr old girl. Saying such mean and vulgar things, and lying about being the owner when in reality he is just a sales rep.
