Had 12 windows on front and side of house replaced. Looks great inside and out. A very well made high quality window. Love the even temperatures in the rooms and noticeably quieter from outside noise. Plan on having the remaining 15 windows in back replaced soon. The sales process was very informative, no pressure. Apex replaced all the windows in my house in 2015 and I couldn't be happier. They are so insulating, sturdy, easy to use and clean. They did all the work in one day except one window that was broken, but they made sure that window was covered and installed the new one as soon as it was made. I truly did not care at all about windows until I saw these. Bought from Apex Windows in 2013 to have front windows done and I am now having them come back to complete the back of the house. The first installation went flawlessly and they finished in a morning. They were even able to quickly replace a screen that was damaged in shipping within a week. Matt Benvegna was our original sales rep and was able to come back and help us with this installation. Matt is great to work with and makes the process very easy. I highly recommend Apex to anyone.
I initially rated Apex with 1 star. I am now amending my review. In the end, I feel like the product is a quality product. I am pleased with the windows. Josh Bush has been incredible to work with on the back end of our transaction. He has worked hard to help us get the windows in our home to a place where we like them and feel good about our purchase. If I were purchasing windows from Apex again, I would ask for Josh to walk me through the process.
