All in person contact was top notch from start to finish. Inspection to work crew to final inspection. Customer service communication could use some help/work.
The service from beginning to end was great. Everyone was responsive in the process and not having to deal with the insurance company much was a perk. Installation was on time, and very courteous.

APEX Roofing & Restoration provided a great overall experience from the initial estimate and inspection provided by Ryan and Matt to the installation (Nain Colindres) and final inspection by Antonio Argueta. It was a fairly seamless process and where there were hiccups, they patiently worked with me. The guys were working hard in the heat. They answered my question and were very nice and mannered. When they were finished cleaned up things. Antonio can that afternoon checking the work,. Asked if I had any questions . Final check today Antonio asked if I had any questions. We talked he was very informative. Also a nice sense of humor. Which we need these days.
