The initial experience was a little disappointing. Very long process. Once I was notified by Natalie the process accelerated and she communicated with me about what to expect. The installers were outstanding and the communication with Antonio was excellent.

The Roofing inspector/Antonio has put together a really good crew. The roofing crew was professional; polite and very knowledgeable of their assigned tasks. Keep these people hired. The customer service Rep Natalie, was also very helpful and prompt in notifying me of pending appointments and schedule changes. Even your associated delivery contractors worked very well with your teams. I'm glad I stuck with you guys. Keep up the good work.

Apex did a great job in replacing my roof. The only complaint I have is there was NO ONE on the crew that spoke English. There were times I needed to communicate with someone on things I was concerned about and I could not. Also clean up could have been better.

Could'nt have chosen a better roofing company! The process has been flawless and the crew were great! Antonio was super friendly, courtious and proffesional. He answered any and all questions we had. Would highly reccomend to anyone rhat needs a new roof to contact APEX roofing!

Apex Roofing did a great job with our roof! They helped navigate the insurance process and kept us informed all the way. Brion and I double teamed the insurance company for a fast turn around of the payment check. The work crew was fast and efficient with not only the roof, but with the multiple areas that needed repair. They came early and got right to it. The first day they stayed till dark.
