Excellent work by this crew starting with the old roof removal through the cleanup. Antonio Argueta did a great job managing the crew and communicating to me the process as it was going along. I would recommend Apex to any individual looking to have their roof replaced.

Communication was a bit of a problem after the contract was signed and payment was made. Delays are a given, but communication even by email would have been nice. Once scheduled though, my roofing crew did a fantastic job and went above my expectations on clean up and their supervisor Antonio Argueta did a fantastic job keeping in touch and answering any questions I had. It looks great.

The roofing crew arrived on time as scheduled, were hard working, courteous and professional. Mr. Antonio Argueta came to inspect the work, ensure that I was satisfied and returned a second time to ensure the property was left as they found it. An outstanding job from the initial meeting with the APEX rep until job completion

Apex made the process of replacing the roof on my house easy and stress free. The roofing team did an excellent job. Antonio, the quality assurance manager, did a great job ensuring the roof replacement went smoothly and keeping me updated on the status of the replacement. I would also like to thank Natalie Crane, Customer service representative, for her excellent communication and making sure to relay any concerns I had to the site supervisors.

The initial experience was a little disappointing. Very long process. Once I was notified by Natalie the process accelerated and she communicated with me about what to expect. The installers were outstanding and the communication with Antonio was excellent.

The Roofing inspector/Antonio has put together a really good crew. The roofing crew was professional; polite and very knowledgeable of their assigned tasks. Keep these people hired. The customer service Rep Natalie, was also very helpful and prompt in notifying me of pending appointments and schedule changes. Even your associated delivery contractors worked very well with your teams. I'm glad I stuck with you guys. Keep up the good work.
