Terrible company, be wary of the bait and switch when it comes to insurance payout. They advised my "out of pocket" costs would be $9345.00 and the rest would come from the insurance company. I paid the $9345.00 plus $10,045.00 that the insurance sent and now they are coming after me for another $8,197.00 or they will put a lean on the house. roofing job was sub par as the edging is already coming lose and they did not finish the trim on the dormers..terrible, terrible company.

Initially, Ryan and Matt were very helpful and informative. Everything progressed smoothly until my family contracted COVID and I suffered long COVID symptoms with the last follow-up in July 2022. Ryan and Matt were great and understanding but for those who haven't been through long COVID, your mental acuity and physical stamina are far from what they were prior to contracting the disease.
