Impressed with the roofers who got to work early on the arrival day and they were still here nearly 12 hours later wrapping up and cleaning up. Returned next day to do garden shed, which took less time. Clean up of area around home was very thoroughly done. Brittany Ponticelli was the customer service representative who kept me up to date on timelines and status. She also provided pre roofing checklist for me to complete via email. Fast and efficient. Excellent company to deal with from start to finish.
Crew showed up early and finished in one day. The entire process was easy and pretty much hands off by me. Would have been done sooner if I would have gotten the necessary paperwork back to you. Did notice some inconsistency in comms. Lexi told me I should keep all excess materials, Cory told me I could only keep I of each type of shingle. It was good doing business with apex. Only thing was the agreement that I unknowingly signed at the beginning
came on the appointed day, worked from 7.30am until dark cleaned up each day before leaving. Hard working crew that did an excellent job on the roof. I would highly recommend Apex roofing.
Apex has been on top of everything. From getting our roof done quickly after Sally, to rebuilding a section that leaked, and repainted our ceiling. Antonio did our inspection and offered his information if we have any future issues. Apex stands by their work.
