Work was done quickly and professionally. Apex was persistent with our insurance company and kept our best interest as the priority.
I had my roof replaced by this company, and I have no complaints about the actual work. The roof was installed professionally, and it looks great. However, the administrative side of the company has been an absolute nightmare. I received a notice of lien today with no prior invoice or bill, despite being told that insurance would cover the costs. We had a new roof put on our house Apr. 14 2023. We paid extra for Bronze Fortified Roof. It is now January 2024 and we don’t have our certificate for our roof. Our insurance is due this week and I was told by this company that it will be another week before we get our certificate. Not happy. Not sure I would recommend this company. Takes too long.

The roofers did a fantastic job with our roof. They covered everything that needed to be covered. Tarps were used to cover my roof during the rain shower we had on Tuesday and uncovered it when it stopped and recovered what was uncovered for the rain. They picked up after themselves each day after they were finished. Brian and Antonio were great. Antonio inspected the roof both before and after the work was done. They were both courteous and professional.
It was done with only minimal to no involvement by me. Team was fast and professional.
