The roofing crew worked very hard & did a fantastic job! We’re very happy with the new roof. However, we are dissatisfied with the communication & coordination of the project management (assigned multiple PMs) during the process. We continually had to ask for information, status updates & process details to get through to this point. I never saw the site supervisor at my home & he only contacted me once to get the gate code to our neighborhood. He didn’t answer my calls or texts which was extremely frustrating! Roofers were great - professional and treated our home like it was theirs. Cleaned up completely after the job and worked tirelessly to do a job.
My experience with APEX Roof was more like buying a 5 figure luxury car than something utilitarian like a roof or house painting. Every step of the way was handled and communicated professionally with no unexpected surprises. Baylor and Rose handled all initial work with insurance, Derek handled contracts with e-notary and permits, Abbey and Brittany communicated scheduling. Impressed with the roofers who got to work early on the arrival day and they were still here nearly 12 hours later wrapping up and cleaning up. Returned next day to do garden shed, which took less time. Clean up of area around home was very thoroughly done.
