This company is setup to make believe that they are going to help your business thrive. It is bad that these people are pretty much a scam .. they make you believe they are on your side and then don't call and pretend like they are communicating through once a month email that doesn't explain anything or make sense. I do not like writing these kind of reviews so I will stop here... Do not waste your money, hope, or time!
Very dissatisfied I was sold one service and did not even receive 1/10 of what was sold to me then when I asked for a refund I was told that I did not qualify for a refund when I asked the tech manager why I didn't qualify for a refund when he did not provide the service he told me to hold on came back said he would give me $120 back but that's all I was entitled to very rude customer service is absolutely horrible they hang up on you and tell you to shut up after they ask you a question buyer beware please do not waste your... read more
Do not under any conditions use this company! They do not provide what they promise, they do not follow up, and they do not honor their money back guarantee for services rendered. Huge disappointment huge waste of money and huge waste of time
This is a scam. They sell their registration to all voice search platforms for 4 to 5 hundred dollars and tell you there will never be any more fees. But that money you paid is ONLY registration. You ten get told that the actual service is 200 a month for it to even work. I wasted hours of my time with them and then even more time trying to get my money back. My bank got it back for me. DONT GIVE THEN ANY MONEY!!! Scam !!!
Customer support is absolutely garbage. I have emailed 3 times and no response. Called the number also and it rings then stops ringing but shows still connected to call. This company is a total scam!
I canceled a year ago. Theyve continued to bill me. These are bad people. They are criminals. Avoid them.
they made me all kinds of promises to get me on voice share, the took $800. from me and have not done anything, they will not return phone calls or emails. they send me emails about services they provide, they are terrible people. god will punish them . i want my hard earned money back
This so called business is a scam, they take your $$ quicker than you can say please. I sent multiple emails within 4 hours of signing up with them, to be told 3 days later that they can not refund me, because my information was already shared with a couple platforms. These people are trash. They stole my money. I was contacted and sold services to get my business aligned with voice search. They never gave me what I paid for. After scamming me out of cash they were rude to me and my wife on the phone then hung up. I called today and the rep blamed me for not contacting them over and over to resolve this. Rude nasty woman.
