APN TECH IS A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS THEY CHARGE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY AND THEN DO NOT EVEN TRY TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE PAID THEM FOR. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY JUST TRY TO TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE DOING IT WHEN THE EVIDENCE CLEARLY SHOWS THEY ARE NOT DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS THERE ARE A LOT OF REPUTABLE COMPANIES OFFERING THE SAME SERVICE FOR LESS THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO WHAT YOU PAID THEM FOR.

We made the mistake of reaching out to this company. We immediately tried to cancel service the same day we spoke with a salesperson.APN Tech's website does not give specific instructions on how to cancel your service -- that is a MAJOR RED FLAG #1.We called twice, but we were only able to reach the answering service who seemed to be extremely knowledgeable with the company and its processes, but could only relay a message to proper department.We were promised we would receive a call back within 72 business hours -- nobody e... read more

Purchase on 8/16/2023 apnTech very disappointed!!! with customer care ***** sorry no last name!?!? Fraudulently omitted important info when closing sale. If they had stated that initial investment was just to get a specialist to talk to you about your visibility with search engines. At that point they tell you how much you will be investing on a monthly basis plus their fee, exponentially out of reach with our budget. I explained this to the specialist and requested refund.
