The sales technique was a turn-off while on the phone. I was bullied while on the call for not purchasing after the first attempt, insulted and asked if I was broke for not purchasing while on the phone, and lastly, I was continually asked to commit to a discounted price that ended up being the lowest price given. I signed up on Oct 17th for voice search activation for my business. I realize now it was all a scam. They have not followed through with their promises of service and they have over charged my credit card for services never delivered. I pray they do the right thing and refund my money.

Hard to say. The sales techniques were what put me off to the point that I didnt buy. So I dont know how good they are, but their primary interest seems to be selling their products rather than being sympathetic, or useful, to their clients. Reading the reviews, its definitely a company youd have to cancel your credit card after making the initial purchase. They push the one time lifetime fee pretty hard.

Was sold a package for voice search and was never onboarded for the product. Rather, a salesman called and tried to upsell to the tune of **** in S.E.O. I declined. He never activated what I paid for... Don't fall for this bait & switch.

Been with them since September, hoping to see the results they promised. Tried to cancel two times, they reduced my monthly fee twice and gave me two months free. Will give them until January to see the results.

Very antagonistic sales tactics. Was bullied into purchasing a "deeply discounted" voice platform service and in the words of manager "****" --"Would you agree you made an unwise business decision before doing your research" and my response was YES! Ya'll Read their reviews, regardless of the 4k quantity - 51% of their most recent reviews are 1 stars and all for the same exact reason. *****, don't listen and very condescending. ****...after reading down to April I realize I've been Scammed. They got only $192 from me. I canceled my credit card as soon as realized who they are. Through their email they sent me I started to answer the questions about my business, and personal information. After submitting my ID, the next page just wanted too much. I started to become suspicious and with this ****** search I see. I believe they are getting as much information to operate further fraudulent activities.
