We were contacted by this company less than 2 years ago. They promised that our subscription for $199 per month would help SEO and get us into voice search ahead of the game. After a year, I called...they only have an answering service set up...so you need to wait to hear back from someone. They couldn't explain what they had done so far, but offered to decrease the price to $99 per month. Complete waste of money. They refuse to do a refund. Process Started 1/12/24. I had calls/emails to/from getting things completed. Jan.25 I received an emailing stated "congratulations.Your business is now voice search ready!...ends with Please allow 3-4 weeks for all 3 voice search engines to be updated and searchable. This company is a complete scam. I signed up with their voice a and ************* Services and none of it was set up and if it was, it was not done correctly because the voice service never worked and I was never able to see the prime listings. Do not fall for this SCAM!!!
I purchased their voice recognition service promising my business would be recognized on all voice search recognition platforms (**********************, etc) 30-days after installment. It has been over 30-days and my business is not showing up (I sent them several screenshots to prove). Dont know how the product works, but dont sign up for a sales call unless youre prepared to deal with the jerks that handle getting you signed up. If you dont take advantage of their one time only sale to get you to pay more for their premium package, theyll tell you where you can put it and hang up.
Originally APN showed us an online reputation score with a beautiful illustration and showed how we can increase our rating and fill in missing directory information to improve our online reputation score. After charging a very large fee to begin, they continued to charge about $150 every month and did not provide any invoice or proof of services provided. Don't trust this company they are only looking your money . When they took money they will forget about you . I want to cancel my subscription they are hang up phone . I asked I can visit your office they said they don't allow people. Don't thrust them please stay a way.
