Professional, courteous, helpful and offered the lowest price on the refrigerator I purchased. After about 8 months, it was having a thermostat problem and because it was going to take a week or so to get the new part, Appliance World offered a loaner refrigerator. I don't know of any other appliance store that would do this. In addition, because the refrigerator was still under the one year warranty, I did not have to pay a nickel for the two service calls that it required. So pleased with our purchases at Appliance World for our kitchen renovation. But what I really liked was their outreach after our purchase. Their reminder to sign up for the warranty of the appliances. Who honestly ever remembers to fill out those little cards especially after they’ve been sitting in boxes during renovation. Their attention to detail in that manner really impressed us. Their competitive pricing was key as well.
