Appliance World is an amazing company. We bought a new oven with a convection feature and they provided a class complete with dinner on convection ovens. The food was delicious and the presenter was very kind and competent and shared recipes and kitchen tips along with his appliance knowledge. He also gave us contact information so we could connect over any ongoing issues. This is all above and beyond regular customer service. This is exemplary.
Appliance World Huntington was recommended to me by a friend, and it was the best recommendation we've received. Please ask for Katie B. or Simeon - they are both experts in putting together a kitchen. It's a really unusual appliance store, in the best possible way. Once you're a customer, you're a customer for life. It's like an old fashioned buying experience with the most cutting edge appliances possible. You will never be disappointed. Also, they make the best coffee!
We had an incredibly good and fun time at AW on August 3rd. It was a session for those people who had bought ovens that also used convention heating for cooking. The great staff prepared foods, fish, steak, vegetables and deserts in advance, this was not a cooking class, although recipes were handed out. I love this company! They price match the big box stores (Best Buy you know I am talking about you) :( . Recently had to buy a lot of major appliances. Had a horrible experience with Best Buy. Then decided to pay a little more for the next one and support a local merchant. I went to Appliance World and had them do the install. I've never had a buying experience better than Appliance World. Their sales people are all highly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They really help you make the right decisions and find the best fit for you. Our salesperson was Simeon, and after almost 6 months, he still remembers us, greeting us each time we walk through the door! My experience at Appliance World has been wonderful. I was impressed as soon as I walked through the door. The showroom is beautiful. I loved that there are demo kitchens set up. This made the shopping experience a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are comparable to competitors and in some cases, lower. Delivery was easy and seamless. I highly recommend Appliance World.
