You can't go wrong with this hot tub. It is small, easy to maintain, and the jets are great! We got ours two months ago and we wish we'd done it years ago. We highly recommend the 220V connection.
Gary from the Aqua Living Store in Warren, MI was fantastic to work with. I loved that his warehouse had a lockbox which allowed us to visit after hours. He answered all of our questions honestly and was not pushy at all. I think we took over a year to make a decision and not once did I feel pressured. I absolutely LOVE my new spa from Aqua Living. My husband has been in it every day since we bought it 2 months ago. It is amazing how much it helps relieve our aches and pains.
The real Rhonda & Andrew leaving an honest call as a customer, with this company, they have been nothing than great to us, more than patient with someone who has disabilities, and understanding. We bought a hot tub and waited for 3 months before we got it but it is well worth the wait. We got it in August and have been in every night since . Well waiting I called Julie and she was very helpful if I didn't get a response from her she would call me back with a answer to my questions . I would highly recommend this place .

Bought my hot tub. A week ago from St Petersburg location. Billy was very knowledgable, didn't pressure me. Delivery went smoothly. Highly recommend
WARNING: Purchase our spa 6 months ago and there is a leak. We have been trying to get this issue resolved since May 7, 2026. The first technician never showed up nor did he call. The second technician had to call another technician for assistance. They didn't have the parts needed to repair our spa. So, the solution was drain the spa and then call back so the part can be ordered. So, now I'm paying for a spa that I cannot use.
