Martin at Aqua Living had the exact hot tub I was searching for in stock when I called. So I was able to purchase it over the phone on a Saturday and 4 days later it was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it! Great customer service and excellent prices!

I absolutely love this place! We have purchased a hot tub and swim spa through Aqua Living with Marty our salesman and everytime it has been an awesome experience! I highly recommend these guys!

I would send any friend or family member to Marty and his team, after the amazing experience we've had, from start, purchase, delivery, and set-up. Marty was patient and answer questions we had about different models, pricing, add-ons, and more. NEVER did I experience any high pressure sales and when we were ready to purchase (Black Friday Weekend) he even had a sales associate meet us to open the store on Sunday when they were closed. I was sold a used hot tub when it was advertised as a brand new hot tub for $9,000. The hot tub came with nicks & scratches and with one side of the hot tub side not functional what so ever. I expressed my concern to them & instead of guiding me through a process i didnt cause they repeatedly asked me to take pictures of the hot tub and requested me to take better angles. Your spa was manufactured three weeks after your order was placed and shipped the following week. You are the first and only owner of the spa. If skirting panel was damaged during transit, it is practical to ask to see the full panel to order a replacement. We apologize for the frustration, but have a technician scheduled to resolve.

I was told 4-6 weeks when unordered it it’s been 12 weeks and it just went into production and now I have to wait another 8-10 business days before it gets shipped which takes another 8-10 business days.they were real helpful to take my money.I have called every 2 weeks for updates.it took 3 weeks to get parts to get it into production.You guys should say all this when selling your product.They lie to get your money and then drag their feet to get it to you.Had I know it would be 4 months to get a hot tub I would of went and... read more

the $600 upgrade price and a week and a half later still haven't received my tub! I was told I would get the number to the delivery driver. Still waiting for that along with my tub. At this point, I've requested my money back which they charged me 25% of what I put down AFTER the delivery team reached out saying they do NOT do installation, although I ASKED if installation was included with the 500 delivery fee! Directly referenced with the terms in your order verification is the backyard delivery link that advises: "Please note that our delivery agents are not licensed electricians and will not connect your spa for you, as insurance prohibits them from doing so. We highly recommend that you check the manual specific to your spa to confirm the necessary electrical requirements."

We bought and ordered a swim spa in 2022. It was delivered on2/25/22 it was completely damaged and not what we ordered. We were told if we didn’t accept this exact Spa we wouldn’t get the Chiller system. The ONLY reason we bought from this company, as we live in Az. It was wrong color side panels, missing features we had ordered. When it was delivered it was so unbelievably damaged. It completely looked used. The skirting panel and vent issues were resolved in May of 2023. When scheduling the most recent case from fall of the same year, repeated attempts to coordinate a service time went unanswered. Aqua living is a horrible company. It would take me forever to state everything that has gone wrong . I have continually asked to speak to a supervisor but they seem to have no interest in speaking with me . As of today I’m still waiting for a hot tub cover that fits my hot tub . I urge you not to do business with this company
