I think this pediatrics deserves a 2016 review. I moved to Phoenix a month a go and I rely in reviews most of the time when I'm trying to find schools, doctors, dentist, etc for my family. I'm so happy with the choice that I took for my kids's doctor. As a new patient is so hard to find an appointment the first day but in Phoenix Pediatrics, they gave me the appointment right away. LOVE Dr. Forshey and this practice! We have been seeing Dr. Forshey for 7 years and have nothing but great things to say about her. My oldest child has an ongoing condition that Dr. Forshey treats him for and she is always so great with him and thoroughly addresses any of our questions or concerns. What I really love is when we bring in one child she will always ask about our other child, we aren't just a number to her. I've taken my daughter to Dr. Shannon Forshey at Phoenix Pediatrics for quite a while now. I am very happy with the level of professionalism and her great personality! They are good about getting you in quickly and we never wait long in the waiting room. Even if Dr. Forshey is unavailable, the other providers we've seen, have all been terrific! The other thing that is amazing is how nice every person you encounter is. It's amazing that all the auxiliary people are cool too. Receptionists, Med techs, PA's. Awesome! ... read more

We have been quite impressed with Dr. Berger ever since our son was born and a family friend recommended him. He gives very sensible advice and typically offers his perspective in a flexible tone, expressing a specific range of views whenever we face an ambiguous problem. This is relieving to me, especially in an era that we can google all our medical issues and all but self-diagnose (rightly or wrongly). Every time I schedule a well check for my daughter who has down syndrome, they always call me a few days ahead and tell me that they did not schedule enough time and have to reschedule. Happens every time and it's such an inconvenience. I've taken all of kids here and been going here since 1997. Since Arbor Medical took over, it's been horrible! I grew up coming to this office. Even back when it used to be on 19th Avenue. Ever since arbor medical took over you can't even get on the phone with someone. I called 5 times this morning and was hung up on each time they answered the call after waiting 15-20 minutes each time. I used to be proud to bring my daughter here. The same doctor I grew up with was the same one who cared for my child in her first years until he retired. It's a damn shame that getting your kid help is almost impossible. ADMINISTRATIVE MALPRACTICE. 3 times I have had to use the admin team for completion of jobs and each time they have spoken down to me, not sent records, and hung up on me. I have obviously been frustrated by their complete lack of efficiency or ability to communicate with patients, they need training in how to deescalate, a week as a waitress would take the chip off their shoulders. Horrible!!! I was 1 minute late because of a railroad and they refused to see me. I hate this place. At that they called me to reschedule because of a doctor being out the day before and prior the morning of yet they couldn't see me. I will never come back. They don't care here. Don't bring your kids here

If this business was a girlfriend, I'd would dump her over text. -Scheduling is terrible. Reception told us you can't schedule your next check-up or appointment in the office, but have to call. Usual wait time is 30+ min and sometimes they'll just end the call so you have to call again. I had to call 3 times when my daughter was sick and kept getting hung up on so I just drove to the office to schedule an appointment. -Wait times in the office put the DMV to shame.
