I don't know why I continue to go to this practice. Both offices have horrible billing ethics. My daughter is seen by a specialist since birth for her genetic disorder. Every time I take her in for her preventive visit with vaccines which should be no cost I get a "sick visit" code added and sent a bill. The first time I was told it was because it took more of the drs time to inform her of her genetic disorder. So since then I never bring it up. I took my first daughter here and my second daughter until they refused to see her any more because she has a secondary insurance of mercy care. They take her primary insurance (through my work )of Cigna. So why can't they bill Cigna then bill me. What does her secondary insurance have to do with anything!? They told me to get rid of her AHCCS and then we could come back! No thank you! My daughter is diabetic and it still helps get her supplies. Very rude front staff and phone staff.

The Dr's here are great. We really love them. The staff in the office are terrible and have been for the past 2-3 years. It's not just one of them. If you need to make an appointment, prepare to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes! This is not just one time...every single time you call, you will be on hold for no less than 20 mins. They are rude, ask you for your insurance multiple times before anything else, make you pay before even seeing the Dr. they will drop your kids as patients if they are healthy. Great doctors... BUT the Front office staff is the worst. Always looking to squeeze money out of there patients and are rude. Never had insurance verification problems until the last 2 years. Office manager, if there even is one needs to be fired! 3 kids and 16 years of great service until the last 2 years. NEVER GO HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE BY THE FRONT OFFICE. BILLING IS A JOKE

We have been going here for awhile, and had a great experience with the drs. But since covid they will only see sick patients via video....how are you going to look ok my toddlers ears to check for an ear infection through zoom? I don't know about you, but I'm not going to randomly throw medication at my child without something being thoroughly examined, and that isn't going to happen through zoom. And when I asked that same question during scheduling I was told, "I don't know. I really couldn't tell you". Great. Super helpf... read more

My family had to go on government funded insurance temporarily while my husband was laid off. We went to this office and saw three of the doctors there. This review is about Dr. Berger particularly. My daughter has had a history with going into strep throat very easily. In fact, she had the gene test done at her usual pediatrician to see if she was a carrier. My sons are almost ten and nine and I love this practice especially Dr. Goldner however I just called right now to see if they can get COVID tests and they don't have any and they don't even refer you or assist you in finding where to take your children for testing. This shouldn't be our responsibility if they are the ones not ordering tests. Idk how it works but during these times it's unfortunately to hear that my kids pediatricians office isn't able to assist us.

The doctors are great but I will never go back again after todays visit. The front desk lady is so rude and unhelpful. I went in today to get my child's yearly physical after telling her my son got a sports physical the other day but I did not use my insurance for that. She quickly changed her attitude and said I had to pay full price because my insurance was not going to pay twice for a physical.... I wanted to write an update from our last review for this office. I have been trying to speak with someone in the billing department to pay this ridiculous 40 dollar charge. However, in the last two weeks I have called several times and asked for the billing department, but it only goes directly to voicemail. I called this morning and again can't speak to a live person to pay my bill.
