The billing dept. are a bunch of idiots who don't know what they're doing. If you bring your baby or kids there be prepared to pay outrageous bill thanx to the people who cant figure out insurance plans. HORRIBLE....... ESPECIALLY THE LADY WHO TAKES CARE OF BILLING. Beware

Love, love, love the doctors at this practice. I went to this practice until I was 18 and now that I've had kids I have brought them here as well. The office is nowhere near our house but it was a place I'd be willing to drive to because the doctors are so awesome. I'm not sure what has happened but the office staff has become exceptionally rude. I recently had a baby and was told to call back once I've added him to my insurance and then I was hung up on. Nothing against the doctors at Phoenix Pediatrics, but their office policy of collecting your money before the bill is adjusted by the insurance policy is just wrong. United Insurance says "they should not do this, but there is nothing they can do to stop it". This is the second medical facility with this policy and I quit the other one because they kept overcharging me, then holding MY MONEY as credit until my next visit.
