We moved to Arizona and was looking for a Peditrician for my daughter. I called their office first thing when they open the receptionist I think her name was "Jane" or "June" I'm sorry if I got her name wrong but she was very helpful over the phone and was able to squeeze my daughter in for an appointment within an hour. When we got there check in/signing docs/payment process was quick and easy. Love love LOVE Arbor!!!! As a first time mom everything checks off my list here! Very clean areas, well/sick sides, organized and FRIENDLY staff (which seems to be hard to come by nowadays!), complete with a THROUGH and kind doctor!! Dr. Le bras is absolutely everything you want- excellent bedside manners, LISTENS, great advice and NOT pushy (which is why we left our previous doctor). My 6 month old is greatly cared for here. I've already recommended this office to multiple people and will continue to do so!!!
My son had his first appointment here today. I have to say that I was very impressed by Dr Le Bras and his staff! I had a lot of questions and he took his time answering me without making me feel rushed. He didn't pressure with things like some docs do and he was so kind and informative. Dr. Le Bras at Arbor Medical Pediatrics has been such a great, trusted resource for our family after the birth of our son. Amazing. The staff is super friendly and genuinely nice. Very clean office. The dr doesn't rush you. He will literally stand and answer all 1000 of your questions. Also, he is very kind and doesn't make you feel stupid when you ask stupid questions.
I am very happy that I found Arbor Medical Pediatrics. The doctor is exceptional! He is very nice, respectful, and funny. It's important for children to be comfortable in any medical setting, and he tries his best to make that happen! He's never in a hurry to get you out quickly, and answers all your questions respectfully. The staff are very friendly and informative. They are always so polite. The office is clean, and nice for children of all ages. I would highly recommend them!
We recently switched our pediatrician to Dr LeBras, and I could not be happier with the service, the friendly staff, etc. There are no wait times for sick visits, which is very helpful for us parents. The Dr and the nursing staff are very knowledgeable. Dr LeBras answers any questions that we have asked, he goes above and beyond to assure all of our concerns have been met. Had our first visit last week and had a great experience! Kim the MA was super sweet and good with my son. The doctor was also very kind and spent a long time with us, making sure to answer all of our questions. The office was super clean and I like that they have sick/well child sides. The front office gal was also super nice and helpful. We just came from a doctor office whose front office staff was grumpy and awful so this was a pleasant change!
I've brought all 3 of my boys here. Dr Le Bras is great. He is efficient but also takes time to explain things to me that are helpful and age appropriate. I also love how easy it is to make appointments. The office is always clean and feels nice.
