I've taken my son here for 2 years now. When we moved to Gilbert they had good reviews and it was close so we gave it a go. I am yet to have a good experience, or even an appointment where I feel like my son was truly cared for and evaluated properly. They seem either like they are overwhelmed with patients. Wait time is usually 45-60 minutes until you get into a room. Once in the room and with the doctor, it seems so rushed. No time to ask questions. The level of care has significantly changed. Impossible to get a sick visit, same day whereas before it seemed to not be a problem. The portal is a continuous nightmare. Call center/front desk tend to be anything but friendly. Disappointed with the decline of arbor medical pediatrics.

Avoid. Called to make an appt. Woman on the phone seemed like she didn't really want to help me get an appt. Ex: I told her that we've never been to the office before and she said we'd have to get you'd registered and that can take a while. Like she was complaining to me about it..... Then she says do you know our vax policy. I didn't. She said ALL PATIENTS MUST BE FULLY VAXED. Ok, so vaccines don't bother me but the idea of someone telling someone else that certain drugs MUST be put in their kid is an absolute red flag. Wh... read more

Like many other parents and caregivers on this page, I have noticed a drastic difference in the level of care my family has received here over the last year and have unfortunately developed a disappointing experience with this office. Please, physicians, look at the child's chart before coming in- we were constantly asked if our baby was our first when the same physician has been seeing our other two children for several years now. The review is for Dr. Santos. This is the 2nd time we had the same issue where there wasn't any urgency in sending out the prescription to the Pharmacy. The first time could be a taken as a simple mistake of forgetting to submit the prescription. This time it happened again but it took her over 4 hours to send it. We made constant calls to the pharmacy and the office and all they could do is send a note. After several calls and notes, Dr. Santos finally called back and said she would send it now. Impossible to contact. Left the practice because of their new staff and getting in contact with them to retrieve my son's medical records has been a nightmare. I don't know how they have 4 stars but if you're considering this office for your children, please read the reviews first (and how they respond to negative reviews)

if you love 20 minute hold times and multiple transfers when you urgently need your child's med records, this is the office for you! currently on hold with them for the 3rd time today, after being transfd multiple times to numbers with NO OPTION to leave a voicemail and unfriendly staff who cuts me off mid-sentence to transfer me to a never-ending hold.

I am a pediatric nurse and have worked with hundreds of incredible pediatricians. I have a high expectation of care. I was 15 min on the dot late to my daughter's appointment due to a car accident ahead of me and I called scheduling to ensure they would see us and the gentleman ensured I would be fine. They refused to see us although we were 15 min (grace period) late. Dr. Weisse did not put the patient first and that is very disappointing.

If I could give a zero I would. Insurance changes caused my daughter to have to change the pediatrician for my two-year old grandson. We went with this pediatrician because of the great reviews of the doctor and insurance said that the doctor is accepting new patients. When you first call and you are a new patient, the message says to download and complete the paperwork. Although an established patient can make appointments through the portal, new patients cannot and must call to make an appointment. No big deal right? We... read more
