We have only seen the PA here. It's the office staff that you interact with more and they're unresponsive. I called on Friday to get a copy of vaccine records - can't talk to a live person, left a message. I needed records for alternate care for Monday. We went to the office at 8am on Monday and requested the records again. After a little wait I was told the lady won't be getting around to it that day. I told them I was in a bind. They didn't care. We made the mistake of picking this pediatrician's office before our daughter was born. The office staff is frequently very rude, though more recently they seem to have hired some nicer people. This office also is very unethical with insurance billing and will charge for an office visit in addition to a well visit no matter how careful you are about not asking any extra questions and only coming in with a healthy child. The physicians in this practice have always been good- however, the staff has always been exceptionally rude ; mainly the front office staff and whoever you are unlucky enough to get on the phone if you must call. I've been coming here for years and finally reached my limit. My kids have aged out, thank God we rarely needed the pediatrician - but with my last child getting ready to graduate high school soon and head off to college next fall, I wanted to make sure he was up to date on vaccinations (meningitis, HPV). I advise avoiding Phoenix pediatrics. The waiting room smells like cigarettes and walls & floor are very dirty. They are consistently running at least 45 minutes behind and when you finally see a doctor, he/she spends less than one minute with you.
