Our sales person,[name removed] was amazing. She gave us so much information and answered all of our questions fully. There were many surprising benefits or pluses...like 3 meals a day instead of 2 and the regular visits of various doctors, for example. The rooms were nice, updated and the bathrooms were very nice and large, but some of the common areas could use a little TLC. Everyone who works there takes their job seriously. They really do care about the well-being of the residents. Everyone is helpful and friendly to the residents. This facility has somehow managed to cultivate a very healthy and happy workplace.

The Apt is wonderful! The aids are helpful although could be more hands on. Activities and food is average. The washer and dryer need to be updated.

I would give a five to each of those categories, without hesitation. The staff all seem like they like their jobs and they want to be there. They treat the residents with the utmost respect and friendliness.

Friendly staff and accommodating. Food could be improved. Laundry facility is dated on assisted living side and needs to be upgraded ASAP. Activities are good and staff morale is high with assistance on that front.

The staff is very friendly. And they do a good job looking after my mother. She is very happy with the staff, especially for the folks in the physical therapy center.

Check it out and visit I recommend. They could have more activities , but it's clean. Food is good. People are mellow. We have a fair price for this year as well.

All 5s. We have been very happy with Arbor Terrace. Our loved one likes the food and the friendliness of the staff members a lot. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
