I picked Arbor Terrace because they were the only affordable community with all the amenities for care for her. They were very thorough in finding Mom the best care for her.I would say that they are very friendly and met all Mom's needs. Arbor Terrace is always very clean and they have activities for every senior depending on their ability. I feel that Mom is in the best place for her.

I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrace Middletown Memory Care. My mother-in-law has been there for a few months and adjusting as well as can be expected. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and engaged and really care about the individual. I cannot say enough good things about them. They know individual names, and try to do what's best for the unique needs of each individual. I receive personal updates regarding my mother-in-law. They have been wonderful. She is safe here and it gives me peace of mind, which you cannot put a value on. The staff know everybody by name. If they cannot help you, they will find someone who can. So far I have had nothing but a positive experience. They have been very accommodating and go above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable. She is in independent living and it has been great for her - she is very social and is thriving here.

We are happy with Arbor Terrace. I can sleep easier knowing that my mother is in a clean safe environment. I have no complaints. The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. When you meet staff that really like their job it say's a lot about the place where they work. The apartment my mother is in has enough space. She doesn't feel cramped. The food in the dining hall is good. They try to keep the residents active. I would recommend Arbor Terrace to others.

After touring and dealing with multiple facilities, [name removed] was a pleasure to work with. She made the process as easy as possible. Besides her professionalism, I was impressed with the respect and kindness she showed my mother and all the residents. Definitely take the time to tour this facility.
Over all it was a satisfying experience with the exception of an unfriendly attitude with one of the male servers in the dining room When we complained that the meal was cold he said it wasn't his fault he's just the server When I asked him to please have the meal re-heated on the micro he left with the meal and didn't come back for nearly 15 minutes by this time other people in the dining room had finished their meal and was eating the desert. When I complained to him he said Your not the only one here

My friend moved here a few months ago and couldn’t be happier. He loves the food and all of the activities that they have. The community is well kept, and the staff are second to none.
Arbor Terrace Middletown was very nice but very expensive.
