Such a great place to be with the atmosphere being warm and welcoming! The staff are friendly and you can tell they care about the residents! Overall, a great experience and would strongly recommend a loved one to stay there!

The staff at Arbor Terrace is exceptional. Our mother was well cared for and very happy to be there. As her life became more difficult, the transition to Memory Care was as seamless as could be. Our family is very grateful for the attention and care provided by Arbor Terrace Norwood.

We checked into so many places and here was where we decided would be the best place for our Dad to thrive. It is effectively " custodial" care. Basically my mom is cared for, but the thin staffing, low pay and nature of the work mean that details are often missed

Arbor Terrace in Norwood has been a great find for Memory Care for my elderly mother. The staff is caring, attentive and experienced. I feel that she is cared for and her needs are communicated with me in a timely manner.

While looking into facilities for our loved one, Arbor Terrace just seemed to be the best fit - and it has been! My aunt is very happy there. They do seem to have a lot of staff turnover happening.

It was a wonderful place for our family member. She was peaceful there and taken care of. We knew when we couldn't be with her, all her needs were met and she was looked after by people whom cared about her and us. (She passed away in Sept, so my feedback on her time there will be less helpful as time goes on.)
