Atria of Norwood has been the best decision I could have made. As an independent Senior resident, I continue to make new friends and enjoy all of the activities that are offered. The staff is always courteous, friendly and willing to assist me with any questions or concerns I may have. It’s a big adjustment for the whole family but Attia has been a godsend. They provide everything my parents need and give comfort to my sister and I knowing that they are safe and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and helpful. Worth every penny spent
WOW! what a beautiful place, feels more like a luxary hotel then a living quarters. Very friendly staff, well sized rooms, very spacious, quite and well maintained. Love that there is a mailbox for each resident. Menu looked delicious.
My mother moved into Arbor Terrace Norwood in [date removed]. She walked into the facility with the aid of a walker singing and dancing. In the space of 11 months she fell 3 times. One time requiring 10 stitches to her face. Within 8 months she was confined to a wheelchair and hasn’t walked since. Her basic needs regarding hygiene weren’t met. The management team is very good, but the friendliness of the staff can vary depending on who you talk to. The head nurse is not the most friendliest - doesn't give off that warm and fuzzy feeling. They have recently gone through owner changes so there is some internal communication issues, and because of that their evaluation process might not be the most accurate.
